First of all, I checked an old Ross Smith tombstone inscription recording that I had for the Concord Baptist & Historical Concord Presbyterian Churches. There were no Fitzgerald's listed.
Then I walked both cemeteries yesterday and confirmed that there were no existing memorial markers for them that were readable. I assume that you took a guess that they might have one. However, that doesn't mean that their not planted in one of these cemeteries - just without a marker.
You might try researching the Anderson County Genealogical Society website. Their on-line Cemetery Survey Book Surname Indexes may uncover something - they have 9 books.
