While I was going thtough my collection of Grayson County, Kentucky obituaries for 1982, I ran across this one for Julian Albert Lanigan, who was born in 1940 in Colleton, SC. I an not related to him and have no further information on him. This has also been posted to the Find A Grave website.

Julian Albert Lanigan, 42, retired salesman for L. B. Price Company, of Rt. One, Leitchfield died December 27, 1982 at the Grayson County, Hospital. / He was born August 25, 1940 in Colleton, S.C. He was the son of Julian Hoyt Lanigan and Reba Beach Lanigan. (and) the husband of Sandra Ruez Lanigan and a member of St. Paul Catholic church. / Survivors other than his wife include one son Julian H. Lanigan of Ft. 1, Leitchfield; one daughter Catherine J. Lanigan of Rt. 1, Leitchfield; four sisters Barbara Catterton, Patricia Utsey, and Nancy Hiers all of Walterboro, S.C. and Betty Randell of Kelso, Washington. / Funeral services were held December 30, 1982 at the St. Paul Catholic Church by the Rev. Charles DeNardi with interment in St. Elizabeth Cemetery. (From the January 6, 1983 issue of The Grayson County News-Gazette – Leitchfield, Kentucky)
