Hello Samantha
I found a G.W. Windham, son of John Wesley and Alice Devine Windham. Not sure about the Hester Mims....but I do think Alice was a second wife of John Wesleys.

According to his death cert He was b. abt 1834 (was abt 86 when he died actual birth date unknown)
died Jan 19 1920.
He died of Appoplexy
Informant was G.W. Plummer of Lamar SC
Undertaker was Boykin and Chaplinn of Lamar SC
Place of buriel was Lamar
No actual cemetery listed, but I am going up there in a few weeks and will look in some of the cemeteries to see if I can find his grave. I am just guessing, but he might be either in Zion, Newman Swamp or Windham Cemetery. I will check them.
