I have just recently come into custody of an old tintype of Joab Cloud and three other tintypes featuring Cloud family members which evidently appeared in a rural auction in Dillon, South Carolina. I am curious to learn who may have initially had these old tintypes in their custody and if possible to learn the relation of that person, if any, to Joab Cloud. This Joab Cloud is believed to have been born in Rutherford or Polk County, NC or possibly in Tennessee about 1826. His wife was Lucy Dorinda "Lucinda" Jefferson and they moved to Forsyth County, GA prior to 1850 census and then to Madison County, Arkansas before 1860 census, then to Washington County, Arkansas before 1870 census. Joab Cloud was my great great grandfather. John V. Reeb
