Seeking information on William BEVIN, servant to Florence O'SULLIVAN the Deputy for Sir Peter COLLETON. WILLIAM BEVIN arrived on the Ship Carolina at Butts Island, SC, SeeWee Bay on 21 March 1670 near present day Beaufort, SC. These first settlers arriving on the Ship Carolina moved 60 miles up the Ashley River to Albemarle Point, later called Charleston, SC. In all, Florence O'Sullivan had 12 servants (white indentured?) to arrived with him: WILLIAM BEVIN, Richard ALEXANDER, Aaron ALLRAN, John DALE, Elizabeth DIMOK, John MOORE, Bryan FITZPATRICK, John SCOTT, Daniel SULLIVAN, George WHITE, Stephen WHEELWRIGHT, and Tiege SUGERON.

What became of WILLIAM BEVIN?

Thanks,
Kitty Biven Hoffman
