I knew Hattie & John . They had a daughter named Lavenia ,she was one of my sunday school teachers when I was a kid . Hattie died in Joanna S. C. in the 1950`s . I would think that Gray Funeral Home in Clinton S.C. handled the arrangements , there were no other funeral homes in the area at that time . Lavenia married a Cooley , I think he died in WW2 they had a son named Mike . He was a few years older than me . I was raised in Goldville S.C. (changed name of town in 1949 to Joanna ) .
