Thomas L. Brown and the Rev. E.L. Manley. Interment will be in Graceland cemetery. The following members of Poinsett Camp 450, WOW, will serve as pallbearers: G.C. Harrison, Dewey Wilson, Norman Wilson, W.P. Hammett, Horace Rochester and Walker Rochester. Flower girls will be Misses Dot Tench, Ruby Riley, Shirley Gaillard, Barbara Genobles, Dorothy Billings, Joy Patterson, Betty Robertson, Frances Vaughn, Shirley Jones and Delores Barbary. Honorary escort will be J.B. Templeton, M.V. Freeman, Herman Billings, M.L. Genoble, Odell Barbary, Henry Hall, Curtis Campbell, R.C. Campbell, Dacus Kimbrell, Dr. J. W. Chatworthy, Dayton Roach and Charles Riley. The pallbearers and flower girls will meet at 10:30 o'clock at the home and the honorary escort at 10:45 o'clock at the Church. Mr. Gray had been ill for a long time and died at 10:30 o'clock Sunday night at the home of his son, Thomas P. Gray, 106 Gates Street, Poinsett. For 35 years he had lived in the Poinsett community and during his active life was engaged in textile work. He retired a number of years ago. Mr. Gray was formerly of Transylvania County, N.C., having been born and reared there, a son of the late Andy and Sarah Anderson Gray. He was of the Baptist faith and was a member of Poinsett Camp 450, WOW. His wife, the late Mrs. Marry Henry Gray died a number of years ago. Surviving are four sons, Thomas P. Gray, Frank Gray and Tavy Gray, all of Greenville, and Luther Gray of North Carolina; two daughters, Mrs. D.P. Robinson of Bessemer City, N.C., and Miss Ella Gray of Greenville; one sister, Mrs. Nannie McGaha of Greenville, 14 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
