Greenwood, May 22- Funeral services for WILLIAM WELLS BLACK, 58, who died at his home in Ninety-Six Friday afternoon following a long illness, were held at Betharaba church, near Cross Hill on Saturday.
MR. BLACK leaves his widow and the following children; MRS. EDGAR TODD, Clinton, MRS. B.T. JOHNSON, Washington, D.C., MRS. T.V. JOHNSON, CHARLES BLACK and MISS LIZZIE BLACK, Ninety-Six. He also leaves 2 sisters, MRS. T.L. HALL, Columbia, S.C. and MRS. W.Q. HILL, Greenwood and two brothers, J.D. BLACK, Cross Hill and L.E. BLACK, Macon, Ga.
