Jacob Woodard/Woodward who died ca 1805 in Marion Co, SC.

I am looking for more information on Jacob Woodard who died in Marion Co, SC, ca 1805. I believe he was born ca 1725-1735 and born in Scotland. He was first married to Sarah (unknown) and had children by her in the 1750s. (One son was named Hartwell Woodard and this may be a clue to Sarah's surname?) I also believe Jacob and Sarah Woodard may have been in Northampton Co, NC in 1762.

Jacob and Sarah (unknown) Woodard had another son named Henry Woodard who married Mary Lyall of the Dinwiddie Co, VA Lyalls. Henry Woodard died 1810 in Greene Co, GA.
