Newberry, Jan. 6, 1926
J.W. McKITTRICK, a Confederate Veteran, and member of JAMES D. NANCE Camp in Newberry, died Tuesday morning in the 80th year of his age at his home in the Bush River section of Newberry county after a week's illness. The funeral services will be held Wednesday at 12 o'clock at Bush River church, conducted by the REV. GEORGE HOPKINS.
MR. McKITTRICK is survived by 5 children as follows; MRS. MINNIE REID, J.M. McKITTRICK, J.A. and T.G. McKITTRICK of Laurens county and MRS. J.J, LONGSHORE of the Bush River section. He is also survived by a brother, J.T. McKITTRICK of near his old home.
