Robert Turner and John Turner--Newberry Deed in 1788

Does anyone know where these two Turners fit in the scheme of things in the Newberry Co. SC Turner lines?

Newberry Co. SC, Deed Book A, p. 495-497
Lease and Release (a two step requirement for a sale) 16 and 17 May 1788

Thomas Stark Sen'r of Newberry County and settlement of Gilders Creek, to ROBERT ANDERSON and JOHN TURNER, late from the Kingdom of Ireland but now of county aforesaid, for L200 Virginia money, sold 300 acres on Gilders Creek, a small branch of Enoree, granted to Thomas Stark. Tho's Stark (Seal), Rachel Stark (x). Wit: Michael Johnston, John Huston Jun'r, ROBERT TURNER. Proved 3 June 1788 by the oath of John Huston Junior before George Ruff, JP. Rec. 8 Oct 1788.

Estate Index for Newberry Co. SC has the following (which I haven't looked up yet):

1797 ROBERT TURNER
James Huston Admrs.
Box 361, Pkg. 43

If the deed is accurate in stating that Robert Anderson and John Turner are both lately arrived from Ireland, they are not likely the family of Old William Turner who came to the province of South Carolina before 1751.

Everyone seems to place all the Newberry County Turners into that family when it seems that there must have been other unrelated lines of Turners there.

Was Robert Turner related to this John Turner? Are they related to Robert Anderson in some way?
