Can someone please check if there is the MILES surname in the book: Scotch-Irish Pioneers in Ulster and America by Charles Bolton?
I'm looking for a Charles MILES who was in Newberry District in the 1790 census. He had at least 10 daughters (eventually 14) and only one son. Isaac.
Family stories say Charles was born in Charleston and died in 1811. His wife (?) died in 1816.
Any help greatly appreciated.
