We are looking for the family of Isaac Toomer and Rebecca Cunningham.

We know they were in Union District in 1810 and was in Pendleton District by 1820. But where?

We know that Isaac Toomer sold land to Elisha Newton Towns in Pendleton Disrtict but where??

Where in Pendleton District did Elisha Newton Towns and Sarah Toomer marry?
