Location of Little River Baptist Church

I am seeking information on the specific location of the Separate Baptist Church established in 1760 by Rev. Philip Mulkey (b. 1732) and his party on the “Little River of Broad River in South Carolina.” This was their first settlement and church in SC before moving up the Tyger River in 1762 where they established the Fair Forest Church. A Little River joins the Broad about 15 miles upstream from Columbia near the boundary of present Fairfield and Richland Counties, but it is not clear that this is the same stream known by that name in the mid-1700s or, assuming that it is, where in the watershed the church and settlement were located. Any information will be appreciated. Thank you.
