Union Soldiers buried where?

James R. Wedgeworth of Co. F, 48th Indiana Infantry, U.S.A. died in February 1865. His military records from the National Archives say that he died "near Columbia". Does anyone know where Union soldiers were buried in or near Columbia?

Any help would be appreciated.
