Would appreciate any info on the following:
Anne Francis (b. abt. 1791 NC. Moved to Sumter Co., SC and is listed in 1850 census there. Later migrated to DeKalb Co. GA with sons Madison Francis and William Francis & other family members and died there in June 1879. She is listed in the 1880 Mortality Schedule for DeKalb Co., GA.
Madison Francis b. abt. 1822 in NC, moved to Sumter Co., SC date unknown. SC marriage records list a marriage between a Madison Francis and Ellen Rhame in July 1849. LIsted in the 1850 Sumter Co., SC census but without his wife, Ellen Rhame. Migrated to DeKalb Co., GA and is listed as a widower in 1880 census for DeKalb Co., GA. Assume his wife Ellen Rhame Francis died in SC. Can find no record of her death in DeKalb Co., GA.
William J. Francis b. abt. 1819 NC, moved to Sumter Co. SC & is listed in 1850 Sumter Co., SC census. Migrated to DeKalb Co., GA and is listed with other family members in the 1880 DeKalb Co., GA census.
