Sherwood James and family, High Hills of the Santee

I'm looking to compare information with other James family researchers. It appears as though there might be two James families in the Sumter area. I'd like to find out if there are related. Sherwood James' family came from VA in the 1750's. Related families include Singleton's, Wells, Whites, Kingswoods, and Moores, among others.

I'd also like to find out where any James family cemeteries are located. I know Sherwood James operated the area's first Tavern, and had at least one plantation in the High Hills area.
