I have very sketchy information that maybe three of the sons of David Jackson and Mary Morrison of York County, SC moved to Illinois. Abner Jackson, for example, is said to have sold his land and moved to Illinois around 1816. Although Hugh Jackson is supposed to have died in 1865 in SC, there is a Hugh Jackson who lived in Shelby County, IL at the time of the 1870 census -- around the same age. And Samuel Jackson, about whom nothing is known, may have been my ancestor who died in Peoria County, IL in 1863.
I'm looking for any information about these people. Thanks!
