Your help is appreciated: Patricks of York Co. SC

I am doing research for my daughter on my wife's (Peggy) PATRICK family. They are originally from York Co. South Carolina.

Here is what we have at present on the PATRICK branch:

William Morris PATRICK (living) was one of the sons of Ralph Clinton PATRICK (b. abt. 27 Sept. 1880)

He described Ralph Clinton PATRICK as a lawyer who practiced in Gastonia, NC
but was from York Co. SC. Ralph still maintained his part of the family
farm in SC while keeping his legal practice in Gastonia.

Ralph's wife was Willie CROSS.

We are rather sure by family accounts that Ralph Clinton PATRICK's father was William Elias PATRICK (b. abt. 28 Oct. 1851) And that his mother was Margaret Elizabeth GLENN b. abt.
23 Dec.1890).

Bill said his people came from the PATRICKs who were with the Bethel Church in South Carolina.

He said that there was a large farm with at least 160 acres. This may
have been part of a larger farm or it may have been the original acreage.

Bill said that family legend was that his family was "Scotch-Irish".

Can you help me put together the puzzle pieces for my 10 y.o. daughter's school social studies project?

Your valuable assistance is very much appreciated.
