LATHAMS IN YORK COUNTY, SC 1750-1790's

I have seen brief references to LATHAM family in York County, SC. I have an ancestor Isabella LATHAM (1752-1830) who married Matthew RODGERS (1750-1795) in York County, SC bet 1767-1770. This family eventually moved into Mecklenburg County, NC.
Would appreciate information to confirm that LATHAM families were in or near York County, SC during this time.
