I have been trying to establish and family history tree on Matt and Maggie Liddy. I just ran across your Scaggs Family Genealogy Forum and Dee Scaggs name caught my eye. Within my research your grandfather is Matt and Maggie Liddy grandson his mother name is Ginnie V. Liddy Wormley known to most people at that time as Babe and she had 4 sister's and 1 brother. Names are Lela E. Liddy Andrews-1894 (Lil Babe), Ardella M. Lidy Wright-1896 (Della) - [this is my grand mother], James Lee Liddy-1902 (Buddy), Willie Liddy Davis-1905 (Sugar Momma) and Anna Liddy Baker-1907 (Big Babe). Dee mother Ginnie had three children -- your grand-father Dee Lerex Scaggs died in July 1981 in Big Spring, Texas and there are several children and grandchildren as well as great-grand i could give you a list of names, Tommy Scaggs died in 1974 Big Spring, Texas and Helen Threats died in 2000.
