Schaffer's in Kansas

Hi Todd,
I've just gotten in genealogy in the past year, so if you are still interested I found the following while searching for my husband's grandmother (Pauline S. Schaffer who married Herman George Wooddell).I found a line of Schaffers in Kansas, though I'm not yet sure my relative fits in here, but yours might.Jacob (abt 1871 Germany) and Katehrine (Katie) Schaffer (abt 1866 Germany) had six children in South Dakota between 1895 and 1906 then moved to Oakley, Logan County, Kansas, and had Margaret in 1908.There may have been a son (and others) after that in Kansas as well. The first six offspring were:August, Godlege (?), Jacob Jr., Cora, Pauline (possibly my husband's grandmother), and Emma. This data came from 1910 census.I hope it helps.
