No my father is married to Diane (Caparros) who was born in San Francisco. My grandfathers name was Robert Henry Scheid, he was married to a Dorothy (Baker)I have no idea where she was born. My father told me that his reletives were from Minnesota, and that he lived there when he was a kid. MY grandfather Robert Henry Scheid was part Indian, enough to be certified, but he never persued it. I am part Blackfoot and some other tribe. I am enough to be certified and change my birth certificate to state indian, but I am the last generation to have enough indian blood to be certified. There is a Blackfoot tribe headquarters in Minnesota and I have been told that they have Scheids living there. The ages of my family are, Me 39, my father 66, My grandpa (dead born about 1918), I think he was born in minnesota. My dad has also mentioned a Minnie, Anna and Frank? Scheid. I believe these are his grandparents, but I am not sure. His father had married one lady and then divorced her and married another. I had looked up our family tree in Familytree.com I think is the name. I found out history about the divorces happening, but it seems that the history stops at about 1900. I am not at home now so Ii can not ask my father for details, I have been gone for a week I am going to be home tonight, so I will get info for you.
