Peter Scheid born about 1880 died age 64 yrs in San Francisco Ca, he was born in Minnesota or perhaps Wisconson. He Married a Minnie Lynch, who was a Indian child born out of wedlock, raised by her grandmother and hid until she was about 6. Minnie was raised in Clontarf Minnesota. She was referred to as a black squaw. Peter Scheid and Minnie married in the county of Swift Minnesota July 5, 1910 in Kildare Minnesota?. They had many chilren.
My grandfather was Robert (aka Clyde)Henry Scheid, Brothers were Herbert, there was a Vernon and many others. Robert was born Sept 18, 1911 in Clontraf Minnesota and Baptised Oct 22, 1911 at Church of St Maladay(Malaclay?)
It was discovered when Robert was about 60 that his birth certificate stated that his real first name was Clyde. Clyde was a ranchhand who worked on their farm. So it is possible that Robert was a child from an affair.
