Dear j,

I am sorry this reply has taken so long. We moved to a newly constructed home on Sept. 9 and it has taken a while to get my office set up again.
Carl Creglow Scheid of Delafield, Wisconsin, has given me some info about your branch of the family. However, I am not sure it is our family you belong to because you mention an Adolph Joseph Scheid and in our Scheids the name should be Adolph Jacob. Carl has told me that he had a cousin named Adolph Jacob Scheid III, known as Jiggs, who was born abt. 1926 and who is now deceased. His widow's name is Betty and his daughters are Susan and Jane. Are you Jane?
I would love to hear back from you. I have lots of family portraits and photos to share and I hope that you can give me updated info on your branch of the family.
