My Grandfather is Harry Schellhous. He gave me a book reciently, it is about his grandfather(who was 45) who married his niece(who was 16). He got put on america's wanted list and then he and his wife and their children fled to Mexico. They stayed there for awile, but while there they went by the name Stanly. They were all muscians and they went to kansas by playing there instruments. They were the Stanly family band. The book is called "A Southwestern Utopis" an american colony in mexico by Thomas A. Robertson.I am pretty sure that his dads name was George schellhous. My grandfather is on vacation right now but i think I'll ask him about it when he gets home. Then i'll e-mail again. One of my aunts, Wilma Schellhous, has done genealogy history for our family.
