Hello Earl, Sorry I haven't replied sooner, but just returned from a vacation in the Dominican Republic and found your email. I grew up in Roseville, we are cousins and I grew up with the Moeller kids. Sis and I were in the same class and I spent many weekend nights with them and many lazy hot summer days wandering around the old ranch. When I was a little child I lived in Sacramento with my grandparents, Amy and Ernest, and they also visited the ranch frequently. In those days, your grandfather Earl, Aunt Annie and Aunt Carrie still lived there and your dad was a handsome young man who used to ride up on a horse. I used to think he was the only real cowboy around. I must have been all of five years old and sure had a crush on him. I remember meeting your sisters at one of Sis's kids weddings and I might have met you also, but I apologize for not remembering you. I have a very interesting book that was the minutes of a debate society in Antelope hand written by Aunt Annie. That diary sounds wonderful , would love to see it sometime. I took my daughter and granddaughter out to the ranch one afternoon several years ago and really enjoyed visiting with your folks. My email is smdil@thegrid.net and my full name is Sandra Arnold-Dillon. Please feel free to email me there instead of having to go through the geneology forum. I have heard from a cousin you might be interested in from the bay area. Her father was my grandmothers brother who died very young (36) and his wife [her grandmother ] took the two boys back to San Francisco and never returned. The were the Biscoes and they have always wondered about the Schellhous Family. Small world. It was great hearing from you and hope I will again. Sandy Notify Administrator about this message?
