Barbara Jane (aka Jane B.) remarried twice. First to Nathan Scholfield, who opened a woolen mill first in Leonidas, later moved to Park, MI. With him she had one son, Nathan Jr. b. c. 1838.

Here is that family on the 1850 Census in household that also includes Cornelia, Cornelia's 2nd husband, and Cornelia's son from her first marriage:

Her third husband was George W. Brooks. They were married in Butte County, California. George was the widower of Eliza Ann Scholfield Brooks, who was kin of Nathan and Charles. Eliza Ann was the subject of biographical work: "Pioneer Mother of California" written by her son Elisha Brooks.

I haven't been able to independently verify it yet, but one researcher has posted that Barbara Jane died February 13, 1888 in Butte County.
