Hi! I have found an old victorian date book in my grandfathers belongings. It is filled with births and deaths of the Schleichers from Stollberg that immigrated to Union Hill(now Union City or Union), NJ in the mid to late 1800s; Lorenz Wm Schleicher, Adolph, Clara, Meinhard, Louisa (Guniat), etc....
I'm trying to tie in the Schleichers with the Imfelds or the Hamels...
I've started posting everything on a family tree on Ancestry.com... just look up Schleicher; it is public.
Or I'd be happy to email you all of my information, including scanned images of the pages in the book.
~ Barbara
