William: Nice to know the history of Schleicher piano manufacturing!

I don't have one but am in the process of reconditioning an adjustable four-legged piano stool manufactured by Schleicher & Sons New York. The name is stamped into the steel screw mechanism that raises and lowers the solid wood seat and my research led to me to your forum.

I'll assume by the history that the stool is likely 90+ years old. Do you know anything more about this item?
