Von Schneiders in Prussia and Schleswig

Doing some research on a branch of my family, I've reached a man born in Germany that travelled from the port of Altona, Hamburg to Brasil, and then came to Buenos Aires between the years 1855 and 1860. His name was Ferdinand Friedrich August Eberhard Von Schneider and he was born in Schleswig in 1829, where he used to live with his parents even though he had family in Prussia, place where he served in the army. He was son of Hans Von Schneider and a woman with Danish roots and Mohsen or Moltzen as a surname. He came with a brother, Ignacio, and once here, he got married and had children. I would be very pleased if anyone could tell me anything about him and its family, about the Schneiders there, their origin, etc, since it is not much the info I can get from here.
Thanks in advance.
