Hello sorry took so long to get to you! My mother is a SCHNEIDER ( dau.) of Hugh Schneider is the son of Jacob &Sadie Elizabeth (Bolin)his father was from Germany his mother from New York my grandfather Hugh was born12/3/1887 in Vanderburgh County,Indiana. There are so meany Jacob Schneiders I'm lost!!!! My mom is the only Schneider left that I know of in her family she always said the family was a very closed mouth bunch and I believe her because she never would say much about her ppl!!!!please e-mail me because I even get lost finding all this , thank you Sissy
