7 generations back i have a dead-end in family: Johannes Schneider aka john snider who served revolutionary war. supposedly born 1750 New Jersey, lived in lehigh--perhaps lancaster cty Pa and MD most of life before accepting pension and moving to Ky at age 69. died 1830 in Hancock ky . Just wonder who parents were. and if there were siblings. I know his wifr : charity barrick (Gertrude Berg)
