Arthur (Red) was my father, Carl was his brother. They were born in Detroit Mi approx 1901 and 1907. I don't know their father's name or when the family came to this country. Their mother's family came from Berlin at the end of 1890's. Their mothers maiden name was Wendt 1st name unknown. Their mother died when they were approx 12 and 16. Carl the older went into the navy and my father was then raised by his maternal aunt Helen (Minnie) La Gorio. Any additional info anyone has on their forbearers would be greatly appreciated.
