Adam Renn, great-grandfather, served in the War of 1812. He lived in Lower Augusta, N'umberland County, he married _______Snyder. Children; Jacob, Bernard, Henry, Mary who married Jacob "Rhen" and lived in Lancaster and Dauphin counties.
Jacob Renn, son of Adam, married twice, 1st to Elizabeth Snyder, and had a large family, 3 mentioned, Hiram, John, of Winfleid, Union county, and Henry of Shamokin. His 2nd wife, Eve Conrad, born 1810 died 1876.
Isaac Radel, son of Michael, was born in Lower Mahanoy twp., he died June 28, 1897 age 64y 8m, he married Mary Anna Lenker, d/o George and Catharine (Synder) Lenker and the granddaughter of Johan Adam Snyder, she died Nov. 11, 1895, aged 60y 9m. They are buried at the Stone Church.
George Lenker, son of Simon, was born Feb. 15, 1815, in Lower Mahanoy twp., he married Catharine Snyder, the d/o John Dietrich Snyder, also of Lower mahanoy twp. They had 2 children, Mary, who married Isaac Radel, and Jeremiah.
