Do the following Schneiders ring a bell with anyone. The family story is that a Schneider (possibly a sibling of Otto emigrated to the USA (possibly Georgia?). Some of these American descendants visited my great Uncle in Hamburg (Dr Heinz Otto Schneider) in the 1970s but contact was lost after that. One family member moved to Nurenberg others went elsewhere so this was a fairly scattered family.
