Seeking information abt. George SCHNEIDER, (b. 1845, Germany; d. 19 Feb 1897, Springfield, Clark Co., OH) came to America sometime between 1870 and 1872, settled in Springfield, Ohio. He married Dorothea (Dora) Wilhelmina Lohmeier on September 23, 1873. Their children included George J. (1874-1938), Albert J. (1877-1953), William (1889)
Philip J. (1881-1929), and Richard (1885-1963). The Schneiders attended St. John's Lutheran Church in Springfield, OH. George was a carpenter and later the owner of a grocery/saloon business.
