hi, i'm looking for anyone that may be related to my family tree. my grandfather was John Fredrick Schneider, he was born 10-3-1887 in Oberdorf, Russia. his parents were John Christian and UNK Schneider. he had two brothers and four sisters, Henry, Marie Katrina,Sadie, David, Eve and Amelia. He served in the Russian Army from 1910 until 1913. John married his wife Katherina.and had two children. one in russia, and one in eaton colorado. where they came to on 6-10-1913. Katherina and an infant child died 6-28-1918 in eaton colorado.John remarried Amelia Lay (leigh) in greeley, colorado.on 9-12-1919. Amelia i think her nickname was Mollie. had 3 children from previous marriage. John and Mollie had 7 children of their own. during this time they moved from colorado, to Sheboygan wisconsin to Racine, Wisconsin where they settled till their deaths.
