Phebe Schneider - Samuel Throckmorton

I am looking for a Phebe Schneider, possibly a daughter of Baltzar and Mary Forman Franses Schneider. Phebe was supposed to have been born in Frederick, MD on 11 December 1787. She married Samuel Throckmorton in Kentucky (possibly Frankfort) on 26 January 1806. Phebe is supposed to have died 13 December 1825 and is buried at the Frankfort, Kentucky Cemetery. Her husband, Samuel Throckmorton, is probably the same Samuel who was a member of the Kentucky militia and died 21 January 1813 at the Battle of the River Raisin.

Phebe's grave stone is located near those of my ancestors Jacob Crumbaugh (1777-1825) and Louisa Schneider (1779-1852). Jacob, and Louisa were also from Frederick County, MD, moving to Kentucky by about 1810. I suspect Phebe and Louisa were related.

Any information would be appreciated.
