Schneider (Dillenschneider) - WI/Alsace

My greatgrandfather, Sylvester Schneider was born in Salzburg, Alsace Lorraine; Germany(1858). (I believe this is France now). He came to the US and the immigration people shortened his name to Sylvester D. Schneider. His parents are listed on his death certificate as Florenz Dillenschneider and Francis Scholl.
If anyone has any information on the parents or descendants of these people, please contact me. I have a lot of the descendants information but nothing on Florenz & Francis.
