Jacob Schneider b Feb 19, 1855 in Germany and died July 26, 1907 in Montgomery City, Mo. and is buried in St. Louis, Missouri. He came to th eUS in 1879 according to the 1900 Census records. . He married Elizabetha Solger b Nov 1860 on Dec 31, 1883 in St. Louis, Missouri.. Elizabetha died Nov 1931 in Montgomery City, Missouri. Jacob and Elizabetha had the following children: John Henry Schneider, Edward Schneider, Charles Jacob Schneider, Frederick Schneider, Otto Schneider (died as an infant) and a 6th child not located.

Found Jacob listed on a ship record in 1879 sailed from Hamburg to NY on the USS Herder. Have been unsuccessful in locating the decllaration of intent.

Searching for their ancestors in Germany.
