I am searching for members of and information about the family of my Schneider grandparents, Peter (b. circa 1890, d. 1962) and Albertina (nee Schneider, b. circa 1902, d. 1972) of Hoechst, Vorarlberg, Austria. Their children were Maria, Rita, Samuel (my father) and Agnes. In 1954, Samuel immigrated to Toronto, Ontario, Canada, where I was born in 1968.

Our family crest consists of a shield with a white horse on it, topped by red and silver plumes with a centered silver helmet, topped again with the front half of a white horse with its forelegs in the air and its tongue sticking out The year is marked as 1627.

I am just beginning research, therefore any relevant information would be appreciated.
