I have been researching the family of Fredrich Adolph Schneider and Selma Spalding
who came to America from Osnabruck Bresi au Germany in the 1870's. Does this sound like maybe in the same time frame as your pictures. Was there any anotation on the back of the pictures. Fredrich and Selma had 12 children. Yours is the first message that I have seen that mentions Germany.
