Trying to find any information on my great-grandfather, Joseph Schneider (rumored to have been in military). Verbal history: Joseph Schneider (b1874,d1906?) married Bernadette Lopez in Boston, MA After Spanish-American war they moved to Puerto Rico; They had at least two children: Joseph Schneider (b1904) and Clara (aka Clarita) Schneider (married Baum?) (b1902?).

The son, Joseph, married Rose Irrizary (b1909) and had seven children: two deceased at 2 and 4, Elsie Schneider (Derr), Lillian Schneider (Sanchez), Joseph Schneider, Jr., John Schneider, and Daniel Schneider.
