Searching for info on ancesters of John C. Schneider, born 3/6/1842, died 10/19/1894 in Freedom Twp, Washtenaw Co, MI. He was married to Maria Miller/Muller in 1868 in Washtenaw Co. It's unclear if he was born in Michigan or in Germany. They had 13 children: Sophia Maria (married Frank Beuerle), Wilhelm David, Adam Friedrich, Margeretha Katherina (married Robert Beuerle), Klara Emma (Married Emanuel Jedele), Maria Martha (married Gustav Leuneberg), Ida Pauline (married William Steinaway), Clara Amanda (married Ernest Clark), Mathilde Elisa (married Mr. Dettling), a set of twins that died at birth, the other two children are unknown. John & Maria were my great-great-grandparents. Have some info on descendents. Please contact me if any of these names sound familiar.
