I have no idea about any relations; however, I find our coincidences to be funny.

I am of Bauman, Merath, Delles, Seelman, Reynolds descent in Milwaukee & Ozaukee WI. The Delles' actually originate in Luxembourg(I noticed you have same)

I married a man named Schoettler. This family has been a stumper for me.

Here is what I have...

Karl Anton Schoettler (spelling???)
immigrated to America in the early 1900's (at a late age, approx. 60 according to my father in law) He came from Bavaria (? no one knows for sure). He m. an Elizabeth (approx 25 yrs old) in PA. They had a son Anthony Bernard Schoettler (I don't know about other sibs).

Anthony married Viola Schwanger. One of their children was Carl Anthony Schoettler (my father in law).

I know that I have not given you any help, but I just find it funny that your surname in WI (which has little genealogical info) is my hubbies (which has little history).

Lori Schoettler
