Schuessler from obernau, Bayern, Germany

There is a researcher with the Schuessler surname from Obernau, Germany in his/her Gedcom.
I cannot locate him/her, I think because RootsWeb is down for service.

My family is from Obernau. I have been there and it is a tiny village of 3 streets wide by about 4 long. It is considrred part of the city Aschaffenberg.

I am positive that something is wrong with the records regarding my Schuesslers. Every other line from Germany (all in that immediate area) have 8-14 children per generation.

But, my Schuessler line is recorded with only one child for each of the 3 generations prior to my grandfather, who was born in 1876.

When he and his 2 sisters and 1 brother were orphaned in 1880, they went to live with relatives.
His mother was not from Obernau.

If anybody has this other Schuessler from Obernau in their records, please E-Mail me his information.
I !think! his mention was as a maternal parent in the late 1700's or early 1800's.
I also !think! he was a German resident.

Thanks in adavance
Mike Mc
