I just saw this posting. Hmm. So Elizabeth had been in Italy visiting Eugenio Endrizzi's parents when he was killed in a mining accident Oct 12 1905. She had her three children with her. And then she returned to the US in May 19 1906. And went to visit her brother Peter Jager in New Castle, PA.
That was also where Peter Schuller lived years later with their abducted son Gus. I wonder if she met him there. She married him in 1909.
So there were Yager/Jagers in PA originally, too.
