I have found information on the Peter Schuttler of Peter Schuttler Wagon works.I did a search on google books for Schuttler and Wachenheim. My Schuttler ancestors are from Wachenheim am Pfrimm near Worms, Germany in the Rhine Pfaltz.
I found a reference in a book to Peter Shuttler (it has an umlaut on the U in German)
He was born in Wachenheim in 1812.He emmigrated to America in 1834 and worked in a wagon works in Buffalo NY.He started his own company in Sandusky OH in 1838 and also marrried. He later moved to Chicago and started his company there. In 1860 he was one of the 10 richest men in Chicago. He stepped on a nail while inspecting the construction of his new mansion and died of the infection in 1865.
I am descended from Jakob Schuttler born about 1800 in Wachenheim.Jakob was a Wagon Maker in Worms on the Rhine. They were most likely brothers or cousins of some degree.I don't know the name of Peter's parents so I can't be sure.
You can find Peter Schuttler Sr in the 1850 and 1860 Chicago Census. You can fid his son in 1870, 1880 and 1900 also in Chicago. He had several Grandson's, Peter, Carl, Walter and Adolph, born between 1870 and 1880.
I have not come across a connection to your Wilhemina or Herman.
