Dear John:

I am interested in this family as a family associated with (related to?) EPP. I am not exactly sure how they were connected.

In 1870, I believe Victor & Elizabeth were in Bloomington, Grant Co., WI. (Schwaloni?) Adam Epp was living with them. Victor's older brother (I presume) was Joseph Schwaller whose wife's maiden name was Elizabeth WEBER. Adam Epp's mother's maiden name was WEBER.

I have an affidavit from 1894 from Elizabeth Schwaller (I thought wife of Joseph, but now wondering) stated that Adam Epp lived with them from 1852 - 1877 and when away always wrote.

The Schwallers (Joseph/Eliz) were in Guttenberg, IA, later in Carroll Co. IA (Joseph/Eliz and Victor/Eliz) as did the EPP and ROTH families).

Can we "talk?"

Marilyn
